Most Petcetera outlets should have what you're looking for.

I'm in Burnaby West of North Road and Coquitlam. The Petcetera there had
them last time I looked. Also, try Big Al's. He's on North Road almost under
the freeway in that strip mall with the red tile roof. A little hard to find
but well worth the trip.
