I followed the PMDD recipe from thekrib.com. It includes K2SO4 and MgSO4 in addition to the chelate trace elements. I also should add that my fish load is quite high: 2 Neon blue discus 2 Clown loaches 3 cardinal tetra 3 Siamese algae eaters 1 bristlenose pleco 1 Blue ram.
