what is the difference between a 6700 and a 9700 and a 10,000 PC light

1. What is the difference between a 6700 and a 9700 and a 10,000 PC lamp?

2. If the supplier will only offer a 50/50 or a daylight bulb(10,000) which
should I use?

3. If I have a 48" fixture with 4 lamps what combinations would be best?
