Guess again.
I have an 8 inch Ryukin- and that's just length. If we start figuring total
mass you would be astounded at their size- these fish are huge bodied waste
machines.
I currently have two Ryukin this size, a six inch Ranchu, and three smaller
Goldies in 90 gallons and feel that they are terribly overcrowded- at 15
gallons each.

Again we are talking the difference between surviving and thriving.
I would like to think that my fish are lucky to live with me- not condemned
to a substandard hell that they just barely *survive* in.
