Check for large buildups of organic matter on the pleats that may be causing
it to be out of balance. Then check the axels and the slots in the housing
for debris. There are, IMO, *very* few cases when a bio-wheel actually needs
to be tossed.
Also check water flow, it may be diverted, or not strong enough to turn
it. These things have always gotten things going again for me.
