emperor tetras compatibility

Anyone keep any Emperor tetras? I am thinking about putting a few in my 150L
planted with an apisto pair, 10 corys, some shrimp and 6 neons. Do they get
too rowdy when they get bigger? Or should I go with the cardinal route
instead?
