I wouldn't advise keeping any goldfish in a tropical tank. You're right in that they will get very stressed by the fast moving tropicals. It would also be extremely difficult to make sure they were getting an adequate diet. With the little tropicals there the Moore wouldn't stand a chance at getting any food, especially as they always end up partially sighted too. Even if it did manage to get hold of a bit of food, tropical fish and goldfish have completely different dietary requirements so it just wouldn't work I'm afraid. Mel.
