White Bump on Parrot Fish

I have a King Kong Parrot fish that has developed a small white bump on
it`s face between the eyes and mouth.  It resembles a pimple in some
ways....could it be a fungus or just healing from an injury (there are
some pretty aggressive Cichlids in the tank).  No other fish seem
affected.
