Fund raisers are fine for non profit groups.  This is a way for a commercial
enterprise to make in excess of 200% profit.  If you want to play - fine.  I
choose not to.  regarding the lottery- the state will get your money one way
or the other.  I look at it as a voluntary tax.  Alos most lottos do not
take in 200% more than they pay out.  If you win the tank- good for you.
The big winner is the sponsor of this drawing.
