Heisey Park Lane?

Hi ...

Last month I moved and one of my favorite cordial (wine? sherry?) glasses
was broken. Since the movers also packed me, they're responsible for
replacement so I'd appreciate it if someone can help.  A photo can be found

I bought these years ago and the receipt says "Park Lane #440".  I always
thought it was Heisey since I bought them at a Heisey glass show but after
doing a little research, neither the pattern or number match (assuming the
info I found is accurate).   I'd appreciate it if someone can help identify
it and offer an educated guess at the replacement value.  Thanks.
