OK. It was made in Ohio as a decorative piece. It's transfer
decorated but too late to be on an especial interest because
of that. All in all it is not very interesting as an antique.

There are tons of similar stuff floating around out there.
But that's not to say that it's junk and you should throw it
out. It's just that it's not any great shakes.
