The first port of call to try to determine the value of items like this is
ABE (http://dogbert.abebooks.com/abe/BookSearch). There are several Breeches
Bibles of about the period you mention currently listed, at prices ranging
from around $870 to $2500. Condition is very important. So too is the size
(basically, the bigger the better!), and the number of woodcuts and/or other
illustrations. The Short-Title Catalogue (not available online) lists 4
entries for Bibles published by Barker (I assume it's Barker, though you
don't say so) in 1615. COPAC
(http://www.copac.ac.uk/copac/wzgw?f=f&form=A%2FT&id=240868) has 30 entries.
Here's a likely candidate:

The Bible: that is, the Holy Scriptures contained in the Old and New
Testament. Translated according to the Ebrew and Greeke, and conferred with
the best translations in diuers languages. With most profitable annotations
upon all the hard places, and other things of great importance.
London : Printed by Robert Barker, 1615. 4to. (New Testament has separate
title page.)

This is a quarto volume, though I believe a larger, folio, edition was also
published in that year.

As for the Bunyan, there's a Glasgow edition of 1752 on ABE at around $250
(good seller, can recommend!) and a London edition of the same year at $220.
Again, condition and the number/quality of woodcuts are going to make a big
difference.

Just bear in mind that the prices on ABE are *asking* prices, not records of
actual sales; some of those asking prices may never, in fact, be met.
