Repro scientific instruments - now induction coils too ?

Many of us will have seen the wide range of "Stanley" compasses,
theodolites and sextants that are so common in Another Place.

Have similar makers 'n fakers started doing induction coils too ?

This looks suspiciously shiny

I've also seen a lot of identical hand-cranked electromedical machines
popping up of late (horseshoe magnet, speed-up belt drive, twee paper
label inside the lid)
