>I'm surprised eBay hasn't produced their own price guide format - "The >Big eBay Price Guide to Everything Yearbook" - ---- I hope they aren't listening. Jeez, they'd DO it if they ever thought about it. Perhaps one day in the not too distant future there will be a gigantic data base that does indeed list the "price" of all things collectable. In the end everything on Earth will have a price - Granny's crap maple furniture, used condoms, a pat on the back, the memory of sunlight reflected off the hubcaps of a shiny new car that passed by you one day when you were a kid - all of it will have an easily ascertainable value. We will all be slaves to the values we receive from our betters, those who control the data base, because we are unwilling to ascribe value on our own. We are unsure and lazy. We want the official word on things. T.
