Due to circumstances I had no way to pack it in a box or take it as a carry-on on the flight home, so I checked it as luggage just as it was. I had all sorts of images in my mind of arriving and seeing a bare chassis and splinters on the conveyer belt, but amazingly, It survived completely unscathed from Kennedy Airport in New York to Portland international in Oregon. A guy on the same flight had his Gibson Les Paul Custom mangled, so it wasn't anybody's dainty hands that spared the TO from damage-It was pure luck. I do not recommend this, nor would I do it again. -Scott To reply to this message via e-mail, replace "fromrarp" in the e-mail address with "scott"
