Indian Wars Army Eagle Helmet Plate, 1880s

This 1880s U.S. Army Eagle Helmet Plate is in excellent condition. It
measures about 5" high and is a gold gilded stamped Eagle. The backside has
3 wire loops for attaching to the Helmet. This came from a collection that
was originally bought from Bannerman's in the 1920's, as well as another
Eagle that still retains the Bannerman attachment card (see item
#2206847384). The Eagle is all original and has not been messed with.
