Old "Old Crow" premium wire cages with crow inside

I have 2 "Old Crow" premiums.  They are cages with a pedestal inside labeled
"Old Crow Premium Bourbon", with the crows in Top Hats, glasses, Tuxes and
canes.  I need to know insurance value, as well as approximate dating.  Any
and all help will be greatly appreciated.

I believe that they are circa 1940.  Thank you very much.
