I have recently come up with a slug plate quart milk. The slug plate reads,
"Shady-Mill Dairy / Tubercular Tested / Wm. L. Turner". But no state. I think
that it may be either NY or PA, but it isn't VA. The name isn't real common and
the Turner name should nail it down somewhere. Anyone know about this? Ed
