Need info on old bottle

I have a 10" blue green bottle with a round bottom.  It was blown in a 2 part
mold.  Rough, bubbly glass.  There is no flat spot on the bottle so it rolls no
matter how you put it down.  Must have had a container????  Can anyone educate
me about this?
