You would need to give a litle more info. Being "pontilled" and three piece makes it collectible at least. By etched I suppose you mean etched in the glass by acidic nature. By green do you mean a grass green or a blue green? Also just because it MAY have a pontil mark does not mean it's freeblown. A very good place to get some info. is the site www.antiquebottles.com Here you will find bases,mouths,classification etc. Learn a little there and then ask again; unless someone actually has one of those and pipes in. Three piece mould by his description dates it to 1840-1870 so it IS old.
