I admit at times I'm as bad as most about asking for info. on value, but
this time I would like to add: What was in this bottle(will become more
apparent in a moment)??
Diggin' with a bud that works in demolition, (always good to have one of
these on hand with access to backhoe while your at it ) when he pulled out a
gravitating stopper known to used 1881-1882 and very nearby he came up with
an amber cyl. bottle 10 5/8" tall and 2 1/2" accross it's hinge mould base.
Embossing accross shoulder; CORDIAL on "front" side VOLINA on the "BACK"
shoulder.
You have to turn the bottle sideways to read:
VOLINA DRUG & CHEMICAL CO>
BALTIMORE, Md. U.S.A.
Have searched all of my books under cordial(1), medicine, but am I
looking in the wrong category or wrong books. I tend to use MEGURA's and
Kovel's
