David - Aeroplan is Air Canada's FF program. HTH. To Neil - Last time I flew to Europe on Aeroplan points we booked an economy class open jaw ticket: YMX-LHR then a return from CDG. We departed the evening of Dec 26th and they upgraded us to first class, on the way back we were seated in business class. We booked in October, IIRC. Have you tried talking to customer service at AC to see what they have to say about the apparent lack of available seating? Richard
