air travel pillow - reviews?

I saw an "air travel pillow" while on some endless flight, in the SkyMall
catalog so I visited www.skymall.com to check it out.  Has anyone tried
this?  The concept seems good, esp. for those of us who get stiff necks from
leaning back.  This thing you inflate, place on your lap and lean into.  I
have a BA flight to London soon and this might just be the ticket,
considering they now seem to FILL EVERY SEAT and I invariably get in the
sardine scction.  The pillow is 29.95.  I have done some Google searches for
reviews already but nothing came up for this particular pillow.  I can see
where it might be a bit of a bother to inflate/deflate, but it seems a
better option than booze or pills, and after many trans-Atlantic flights I
know I just don't sleep.
