Blank Concert-Sized Paper?

I apologize for the cross-post, as I didn't know what group would be
best for this question.

I've been using Finale a lot lately for music engraving and copying,
and I'd like to print stuff out on concert 9x12 paper instead of plain
8.5x11, and I'm having trouble finding anywhere that sells blank 9x12
paper (that doesn't already have staff lines on it).  

I was hoping any engravers or copyists out there would be able to point
me in the right direction.  I don't mind buying bulk if that's
necessary.  I'd like both plain 20lb. paper and heavier 80lb.+ paper,
and I'd also be interested in finding 1/2-fold and tri-fold paper for
band parts.  Thanks for any help.
