How illegal and immoral a police officer is is completely irrelevant to
the point.     It doesn't matter if he molests kids and hasn't been
caught yet, steals money from the system or is a frigging serial
killer.    The whole point is that when a confrontation arises with you
and a cop, your best, most intelligent choice is to cooperate with him 
REGARDLESS of what kind of cop he is.    You may hate him.   You may
hate everyone who knows him.   Doesn't matter.   What you think of him
and his life are meaningless at that point.   He has a gun.   And in
some cases, carte blanche to use it because of his position .  He can
and might shoot you in the frigging head if he feels threatened.  If
you bow up at him and make him feel threatened you are one step closer
to possibly being dead.    If you behave in an agressive way toward a
cop and get shot, you have no one on this planet to blame but your own
stupid self.    It may not be right.   It may not be fair.  But it's
just that fucking way it is.      You want to test the waters?   Go
right ahead.    But don't whine when one of the macho, young, hothead
cops out there caves your simple fucking skull in because you had to
play tough guy.      Save that shit for the courtroom or just shut your
fucking hole.    Either way, you'll still be alive.
