Try "On a Starlit Night".

It is a partner song with Silent Night, and the piano part adds interest.
The composer of this partner song set is Jill Galina (Gallina?) Don't have
my score handy for publisher's info but I am sure JW Pepper has it. We do it
with full choir doing v. 1, then v.2, and divide for v.3.
