You can hardly find a DWS CD that *doesn't* have a beautiful Paulus work commissioned by them on it.

To follow up on Steve Barnett's reply... If you want further info on the composer and the printed music of Paulus' Christmas octavos, go to http://www.stephenpaulus.com/ where you will find complete information, including which publishers handle which works. Although most of Steve's recent music is published by Paulus Publications, a number of the older Christmas octavos are published by others. A number were recorded on the DWS "Carols for Christmas" CD, originally issued by the Schubert Club in Twin Cities; I don't recall if another label has recently reissued that CD, but information still can be had at http://www.stephenpaulus.com/ If you can't find the answer you're looking for on the web pages, write to [EMAIL PROTECTED] and Danielle (manager) will write back and help you out. Furthermore, there is a great "large" Christmas work for chorus and orchestra by Stephen Paulus, "So Hallow'd Is The Time," which is *very* much worth performing if you have the resources to make it fly.

(BTW: I do not publish any music by Stephen Paulus, so this is not a
commercial solicitation!)
