Re: Career in Insurance

I think all of us have thought the same way.  As for me, I considered
switching careers very seriously at one point.  But the truth of it is, even
insurance salesmen have rotten days where nothing goes right.  And on top of
that, how many people are as passionate about their careers or jobs as we
are about ours?  Here are a couple more points:

1. All those ultra lows make the highs much more poignant.
2. You are your worst critic.  A mediocre performance in your eyes (and
ears) is probably a fabulous performance for members of your choir and your
audience.
