Great remedies have been posted thus far. I especially subscribe to the use of a sterile saline nasal spray on a regular basis for singers with allergies/sinus problems (myself), and for all singers in dry climates, or once the heat comes on. Some years ago we spent a year in Newport, RI. I suffered a clogged eustachian tube for a lengthy period. Absent from other symptoms, the doctor offered this advice: equalize the pressure by pinching off the nose, then blow. Simple but effective. Good luck!
