Aout 17 years ago I thought my playing days were over and that from here on
I would just mess with the guitar on the back porch.  It turns out I was
wrong.  I keep running into new and more competent people with whom to form
projects, and there's no end in sight.

>From your description, you're better off doing nothing than pounding your
head against the wall with these guys.  Move on.  Square one with good
people is not that bad a place to be.
