    That someone is Mel Blanc--probably before using that voice for
Speedy.
"The Hat I got for Christmas Is Too Beeg" can be found on a "Christmas
Comedy Classics" CD issued on the Priority label, first in 1985.  I
think it may be found these days.  It also has Mel Blanc's  "I Tan't
Wait Till Quithmath Day'.
