If so how >common is it? > >Anyone know? Yes. The first Canadian releases of Freewheelin' (CL 1986/CS 8786) used the withdrawn cover, which listed the withdrawn tracklist. The rear cover had almost the correct songs, but omitted Don't Think Twice, It's All Right as the first song on Side 2 (it's there on the record). There never was a Canadian release that included the withdrawn songs on the LP itself.
