Bob Dylan Freewheelin Canadian 1st pressing LP question

Can someone shed some light on the 1963 Canadian Bob Dylan Freewheelin
LP?

I know that the first Canadian stereo pressing (CS 8786) had the songs
: Solid Road, Let Me Die in My Footsteps, Gamblin' Willie & Talkin
John Birch Society Blues listed on the front cover, yet were replaced
on the actual vinyl LP. Is this the rarer version of Freewheelin? or
does anyone know if there was a Canadian pressing that listed these
songs on the front cover and also included them on the LP. If so how
common is it?

Anyone know?
