     I meant to add that myself! The reason I support subtle amplification is
because you can never stop these people who think that an orchestra is a
special place where you're supposed to cough as loud as possible over and over.
If you pump up the volume some you could drown out more coughs. Pop concerts
are stupidly loud these days to the point of making the sound quality quite
awful, but at least you don't have to listen to hacking and wheezing, and
fucking babies crying and ushers babbling and cell phones ringing. I have a lot
of patience but that shit just about wears my patience out.
