Verily, as Jim posted, it was available as DG 427 302-2, with cover art similar to the rest of Bernstein's DG Mahler cycle, and, like the rest, was recorded live (with applause, thankfully, edited out). It's no longer in print anywhere that I know of with that catalog number, but, if you scour eBay long enough, as I did, I suspect you will find it. I bought mine on January 14th, 2003, and I paid less than it would have cost when it was originally released (1989), and it was in mint condition (except the jewelcase, of course).
