Richard, I don't have the time at the moment to explain what I know about this but hackers can disguise pathways and make messages appear to come from a source you can not trace through a header. It's quite easy with small programs found in freeware to make a message from a computer in another city to appear that it came from your home computer. It's easier to block them from coming in than trying to hunt them down, imo. Some of these computer savy techs. can amaze you with what they can do now. I'm sure Ed has heard of the w00woo in his part of the city.... just nor worth the time and effort. I have no pop-up, no banners or those virus messages coming in but it's a constant keeping up with them. There is also a way to return them to the source, not that I know, but friends do. They really leave you alone after a taste of that. I can also access my computers from a remote site and delete suspect virus material using another computer to dump it. It's a real digital jungle these days. Che'
