Re: Teaching the upper neck

In trying to the 'upper' neck I have chosen pieces that require
playing in the upper regions and play them very slowly speaking the
name of the notes as I play them. By virtue of the fact that I am
learning many of the notes I can quickly infer where others lie. It
may not give me full knowledge of where every note lies on the
fretboard but I'm getting better.
