I recall buying it at Tower Records in D.C. at Dupont Circle and The
Spanish Music Center in New York.
The owners of the Towers in D.C. commisioned the Ginastera Sonata, Op.
47 which he premiered in D.C.
just a few years afterwards. I recall being a bit disappointed with the
tone of it but it was all I could do to get through the Scarlatti at the
time C B-L's left hand fancinated me at the time, very spider like.
