Well, here is another version of RDLA. It was recorded a few weeks ago. I hope that you feel it is an improvement. http://pamilearner.tripod.com/ In order to avoid the web site shutting down so fast I'm putting the previous version on a different site. http://www.geocities.com/pamilearner/ Last time I posted Alain Reiher had requested the left hand fingerings. At the time, I wasn't sure that I would continue with the same fingerings, so I deferred their posting until now. I actually learned this piece from a different publication but the arrangement is very similar to Eythorsson's (www.eythorsson.com) which is available on-line. I will give my variances from Eythorsson's. bar 9 - I don't use a bar. A bar would be smoother but I find that this bar tires my left hand. bar 17 play the e on the 2nd string throughout bar 18 play the c with finger 2 bar 31 (as mentioned earlier in this thread) the accompaniment uses fingers 133434 bar 35 play the b open - the c# (in the triplet) with 2 I practice at 144, 160 and 176 for the 8th note. I guess this came out about 168. Too fast? I've committed to playing RdlA and Sor Op9 at a local (amateur) music festival in the spring. I've got to get both going by then. I'm finally going to take some lessons after 11+ years. I'll let you know how it goes. Thanks for comments in advance. ( ... Still workin' on it.) -Pami
