Of course, there will be new music; there always is. Some of this music will of course be atonal. But I suspect that it will only be tonal or more-tonal music that diffuses beyond the home of its creator. All such music will be chamber music to be played by those few keeping western art music alive. Synths will not be produced, as they won't be produced, and will be banned in those locations under Sharia (such as France and Dearborn MI).
