Credit is typically $3 to $5 for CDs (though it can be much higher or lower
depending on item, condition, etc). You can also get credit or cash on tapes,
videos, records, DVDs and other items. If you prefer, you can have cash at 50%
of the credit price.

All items are guarenteed. If you're not satisfied with an item, whether it's
because of defect or because you just don't like it, mail it back to CMX within
30 days of receipt for credit. Items must be returned in the same condition
received and credit can be used for any CMX merchandise at anytime. Deductions
will be made for items returned with damaged cases, opened if they were sent
unopened, etc. If an item is defective, please note this when you return it.

ORDERING: Send your name and address and a list of item/services wanted along
with payment including shipping/handling(& insurance if wanted) to: CMX 7224 SE
21st Av Portland, OR 97202 (USA). It's preferred, though not required, that
you send a hold request before ordering to make sure the items you want will be
available. If you did not request holds you may want to list alternates in
case any of your first choices are gone. Email [EMAIL PROTECTED] for holds. If no
alternates are listed, a credit will go on your account unless otherwise
requested. Alternates should be listed in order of preference. All items must
be paid for before shipping except in the case of COD orders. Items are
shipped in undamaged condition unless listed differently in catalog. Depending
on payment method, shipping method and the Post Office, orders can take
anywhere from 2 days to as much as 6 weeks to arrive.
There are several ways you can pay for your order:
1. Credit Cards: CMX accepts credit card orders through PayPal.com. PayPal
supports U.S. and international users and there's no cost to sign up and anyone
that joins will receive $5 credit in their PayPal account. Unfortunatly they
charge fees to CMX so the following fees are charged on credit card orders: $1
for orders up to $50, $2 for orders up to $100, $4 for up to $200, $6 for up to
$300, $8 for up to $400 and $10 for all orders above $400.
2. Personal checks: Just send a check made out to CMX to the address below.
There's a 10 day waiting period on personal checks. If your check bounces,
there is a $20 charge plus check amount. PLEASE be sure you have enough money
in your account.
3. Money order or bank/cashier's check: Same as above but no waiting period on
these.
4. Cash (at your own risk): It's not recommended but you can pay by cash at
your own risk if you wish.
5. Credit from trades: See trade in section for more information on trading
items.
6. COD (Collect On Delivery): Orders can be sent COD for the ADDITIONAL fees
listed below,
7. Direct Deposit: You can also do a direct deposit into the CMX account at no
charge if you have a Bank Of America branch where you live. Email CMX if you
need the account number. After depositing money be sure to email the order
form below (or an email with all necessary info including date of deposit and

8. Transfer From Your Bank Account: You can transfer money from your bank
account to CMX using PayPal.com. You'll need to sign up and transfer the money
