>I've heard their songs, and 'Tournique' and others >all speak about Christianity(good spelling?). >BUT, they deny it for publicity, and MONEY. >Whoever shames the God is not a (big) christian. It's a real epidemic in the realm of Christian music... bands downplaying their faith in the secular industry. Not just Evanescence... I've seen it with MxPx, Chevelle and several others. When interviewed by secular magazines, they'll state that they're "not a Christian band" or something to that effect. Are they afraid of people not buying their records? Maybe if they were to be honest about their faith and not try to hide it (or even deny it!), they would be much better off!
