    Apparently,  no less than the U.S. Gov. did
    because they waged a four year campaign to
    try and deport him from the Country  (and
    papers show even set him up for a 'planted' drug bust ).

    1.  Lennon was not  "on drugs"  in 1980

    2.  His intellect is apparent in his 1980 interviews,
         his music, and by those who knew him.
