I suppose that accounts for it. I was not buying something from him.
We were trading. I guess he figures he needs to take care of his
paying customers first, and anyone who trades with him gets done
whenever he has the extra time. Which in my case is about 10 weeks and
counting.

Had I known, I would have taken my time sending as well. Or maybe I
should have included some money in the envelope with my trade.
