That's hilarious. I did meet Steve after the Fire Garden tour in Ft.
Worth. We yapped for a few minutes, and somehow the subject turned to
his wife. I think we were talking about Julian and Fire being on ALS,
then wifespeak quickly followed. Anyhoo...I screwed up and referred to
his wife as Pam. He gave me a pretty strange look and corrected me:
Apparently, Pam is his sister. His wife is Pia. And I didn't think I
deserved such a strange look, dammit. Unless of course, the subject at
hand made it seem as if I was saying he sleeps with his sister, but
even then....I mean...three letters each...both start with P...I was
way beyond stoned...and even though I would have probably been closer
with 'Mia' than I was with 'Pam', it wouldn't have mattered either way
because I always wind up saying stupid shit when in similar
situations, so at least I didn't disappoint myself.  lol
