HOWEVER...before considering a Plus....

Unless your grandparents plan to use interactive TV (which is still
kinda limited), or upload pictures to e-mails or the internet, the
Plus could be a waste of money.  The service costs more per month, and
the Plus units are also bigger, taking up more space.

Since the Classic units are newer than the Plus units, the Classic
units, ironically enough, are often faster for surfing the net! 
Because they have fewer capabilities, the Classics make more efficient
use of their available RAM.

So don't sweat if you can't get a Plus unit, Pearl...some WebTV/msnTV
users swear that the Classic works better.
