Billy: Lyrics / CD

Hi,

Just wondered if anyone can recommend a site where I might be able to get a
hold of the CD version of the songs from the musical 'Billy' (original cast
featuring Michael Crawford).
I know a CD exists for this production and that the front covers had a
hand-drawn clown holindoing onto balloons (if that's any help).

If anyone knows of anywhere, please let me know,
