A game music question

Yeah, I know, not anime, but I can't find a proper newsgroup for this.

Who did the vocals for the versions of "Eternal Blue (Rondo - Light and
Shadows)" and "Lucia's Music" on the US Lunar 2:  Eternal Blue Complete
Music Soundtrack CD?  Sounds like Jennie Stigle again, but I'd like to
know for sure.  Thank you.
