Users of teleline.es are still ignoring all of the standard Usenet rules and FAQs. They have hijacked the VMSNET.* groups and use these groups for file sharing. A search of the comp.os.vms group for the word vmsnet will show the discussions taken place there about these users. Last October and November I sent complaints to [EMAIL PROTECTED] as directed by the headers of the postings, but these complaints were ignored.
