I know that this was discussed in October of 2000, but the
problem still exists. Users of teleline.es are still ignoring
all of the standard Usenet rules and FAQs. They have hijacked
the VMSNET.* groups and use these groups for file sharing. A
search of the comp.os.vms group for the word vmsnet will show
the discussions taken place there about these users.

Last October and November I sent complaints to
[EMAIL PROTECTED] as directed by the headers of the postings,
but these complaints were ignored.

Can a UDP be re-started to get these binary postings out of
the VMSNET hierarchy?
