trying to have information inqualifying as health professional in sweden

hi all!! i'm a foreigner and from asia...i have my health degree
already ..and i have few work expereince in finland...can anybody tell
me where can i go to know information if i'm qualified to work in
sweden also ??? can u plss tell me what organization or any office who
can decide for my situation? thank you and hoping for information
